Women’s Coaching Staff

Following an outstanding athletic career as a three time Olympian and captain of the Australian Stingers, Rowie Webster will lead the Women’s program in 2023. Rowie, who has also been awarded an AIS National Generation 2032 scholarship is focusing on creating a long term successful women’s program in Victoria.

Hayley started playing water polo as a 10 year old and consistently played in Victorian State Teams since u14. She went on to play in the Australian School Girls Team and Australian Youth Team. Hayley has played more than 100 National League Games with the Victorian Tigers and Victorian Seals and has coached various Footscray teams for the past 10 years. Hayley has also coached and managed several Victorian underage teams in recent years.
